Strategy & Business Development Manager
Identify, negotiate and manage research collaborations with leading pharma companies.
Work closely with senior leaders ( CEO, CSO, Head of BD ) as a dedicated thought partner to determine strategic objectives and formulate plans to meet goals.
Drive specific strategic initiatives and projects that promote the implementation of the long-term firm strategy
Communicate strategic priorities and execution plans across the firm via presentations, meetings, written communications, etc.
Lead strategy offsites and leadership conferences
Develop deep technical knowledge of Orum’s platform and represent it to partners
Based in Korea, and travel internationally to collaborate with existing and new partners in pharma or academia
An advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD) in life science related disciplines and/or 3~5 years relevant industry experience.
Good at numbers and attentive to details

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking aptitude
Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands
Ability to clearly articulate ideas in English, both written and oral, to internal and external audiences across levels of seniority
Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships
